In Schools Oracy Programme
From the organisation behind Stagecoach Performing Arts and Drama Kids
For more than 45 years we've been developing confidence, communication and leadership skills.
We've taken that expertise into schools with an easy-to-digest, affordable oracy programme.
Simple, structured enrichment oracy provision that bridges the gap between Ofsted recognised curriculum needs and limited teaching resources.
Designed for busy teachers to achieve meaningful outcomes with minimal planning.
In-depth training is provided for class teachers, TAs and support staff - no specialist background required.
Fully planned and ready-to-use scheme of work and all supporting materials created for whole-class and inclusive delivery.
Designed for weekly one-hour or three 20-minute sessions, adaptable across Key Stages and school contexts.
Flexible delivery, Ofsted aligned.
Supports the spoken language, confidence and
communication outcomes recognised by Ofsted as essential.
Our programmes are designed to deliver clear progression in:
Voice
Speech clarity
Expression
Listening and collaboration
Confidence in group talk and performance
Inclusive participation for all pupils
The Trafalgar Education Oracy Programme is designed so
that every child participates on an equal footing,
regardless of starting point, confidence level,
language background, or additional needs.

How We Make a Difference
"An engaging and highly effective course that truly transformed the way our teams communicate. It broke down barriers between departments and encouraged genuine collaboration.
The delivery was excellent, and the interactive format kept energy levels high throughout. Attendees gained valuable insights that they can
immediately apply in their roles.”
"I’d always worked in English, but communicating every day with native English speakers in a professional setting was very different," said Chris. "I sometimes struggled to find the right words during presentations or conversations and that affected my confidence.
"One of the biggest things the training helped me with was overcoming hesitation and nervousness. They taught us techniques that completely changed how I approached conversations and presentations. Something as simple as smiling while speaking transformed the energy in my voice and how people responded to me."
